Write a Review“I had a very disappointing experience working with this broker. I booked a load with them, and my driver arrived at the shipper on time to pick up the machine. However, we were told that the machine had already been taken by someone else. We waited over 12–15 hours for this load, only to be told it was gone. When I asked the broker for a TONU (Truck Order Not Used) payment, he responded unprofessionally—yelling and blaming the situation on someone allegedly stealing the machine. Regardless of what happened, we did our part and showed up as scheduled. The broker’s lack of professionalism and inability to communicate respectfully or take responsibility is unacceptable. I will not be doing business with them again.”
