There were more than a dozen photos of the unit online clearly showing our rental decals on the machine. You inquired as to why the hours were so low and were told the unit spent more time in the yard than out on rent, which the hours certainly confirm. YOU THEN DROVE TO OUR OFFICE TO PERSONALLY LOOK AT THE MACHINE. YOU WERE HERE FOR NEARLY AN HOUR. You inspected the machine, including sitting in it, turning the key and looking at the hour meter as we talked and I stood in the bucket. You agreed it was in great condition and decided to complete the purchase. At ANY point you could have elected to not purchase the unit. You signed the Bill of Sale, paid the balance of the invoice, loaded up the unit and left without any questions or concerns. You emailed the following day asking for a discount on top of the discount you had previously negotiated. I immediately picked up the phone and called you. You did not answer. I called you back three times as well as texted you. We have thousands of satisfied customers, and have sold machines into almost every state in the country. We're happy to provide references when new customers inquire because we have dozens to share. Our many partners including JLG, Genie, Skytrak, Skyjack, Kubota, Airman and Toyota would be happy to vouch for our integrity as well. Greg went on vacation immediately following my visit and our agreement to purchase a used 2023 kubota 97-2 with 600 hours on it. This agreement was for 61k plus a full service in which we agreed verbally.. My mistake. I should have insisted in writing the "full service". Upon receiving the unit shipped to my home I noticed none of the fittings were greased. Not a big deal but also lead me to wonder what else this service didn't get done. 4 hours into it moving clay and dirt the track fell off. I had a mechanic look at it and there was very little grease in the unit. The track was put back on and lasted another 3 hours b4 I realized the lack of service that through the track also split the track... fast forward I was forced to purchase new tracks and paid 4k install plus. The air filters were not changed and filthyband the grease fittings didn't and still don't accept grease.. what a disaster. They changed the oil.. (he said) but I have yet to see if that is a fact. The machine has cost me an additional 5k while the tracks are new the other tracks were in good shape but because the agreed upon service was never done caused a major inconvenience and alot of money.. never again would I consider doing business with Integra. What an absolute BS experience. I asked to split the 5k. He offered 1k.. I told him to keep it it was an embarrassment.. I'll get that bye letting others know to not purchase used equipment from Integra”
